The new set of officers of the CAPSU Communication (CAPSU Com) – The Amateur Radio Club of the University was inducted to office by the CAPSU President Dr. Editha C. Alfon this morning March 22, 2021 at the Board Room of the Central Office at Dayao, Roxas City. The officers were headed by Dr. Elmer M. Albaladejo, as the president.
