The Intellectual Property Management Office (IPMO) of Capiz State University welcomed the Central Phillipines State University and University of Antique delegates for a learning visit on June 9, 2022 at the CAPSU Technology Business Center, Brgy. Dayao, Roxas City, Capiz.
Capiz State University is the Region VI mentor agency of SUSTAIN IP-TBM and known for its distinction in the fields of intellectual property management and Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubation. The said learning visit will help their office identify internal opportunities for improvement and standardize the office operations.
The CAPSU RDE team headed by Dr. Efren L. Linan, VP for RDE, Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, University Research Director, CAPSU IPMO team led by Prof. Mark Glenn F. Villamor, IPMO Director, Mr. French A. Dampog, IPMO KTTD Chief and Ms. Princess P. Palawan, ATBI Manager shared presentations on the CAPSU IPMO and ATBI processes and services. Likewise, Riverine Improvement towards a Sustainable Eco- Tourism in Roxas City Capiz (RISE) project under the leadership of Dr. Biclar as the Project Leader funded by the Commision on Higher Education was presented during the activity.
