Capiz State University Technology Business Incubator delegation headed by Dr. Efren L. Linan, VP for RDE, together with his team, Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, University Research Director, Mr. Mark Glenn F. Villamor, IPMO Director and Planning Officer, Dr. Marien A. Laureto, International Linkages Director and Mr. French A. Dampog, IPMO KTTD Chief attended the ASEAN Integration and Networking on Business Incubators and Science Parks (BISPA) in Thailand.
Among the place visited are the Food Innopolis, Food and Feed Innovation Center, the Plant Factory Project, and other Research, Innovation, and incubation facilities located at the Thailand Science Parks.
