January 25, 2023 – The Capiz State University – Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubator conducted the Orientation on advanced incubation to CAPSULE Batch 1 Acceleratees at the CAPSU Technology Business Center and via Zoom on January 24, 2023.

In her opening message, Dr. Rosine O. Labado, Dean of the College of Management at the Burias Campus and ATBI Project Support Staff, stated that she was looking forward to a stronger bond and a partner in growth with the Acceleratees. She ended her opening message by saying, “When you grow, we also grow as an Incubator.” 

Ms. Princess P. Palawan, the TBI Manager, then orients the Acceleratees about the Advanced Incubation Program and what services, curriculum offers, and technology offers are in-house. An open forum was held where the Acceleratees shared their problems and technology/training needs for their businesses. Then it was responded to by the invited pool of experts and project support staff Prof. Jocelyn S. Legaspi, the University Extension Director, Dr. Marife R. Hilapad, the BSFT Program Chair of Mambusao Satellite College, Dr. Rosine O. Labado, the Dean of College of Management Burias Campus, and Prof. French A. Dampog, the IPMO KTTD Chief.

Prof. Dampog, in his closing message, extends his thanks to VP for RDE and Project Leader of the ATBI Project, Dr. Efren L. Linan and Mr. Mark Glenn F. Villamor, the IPMO Director, for their untiring support to the activities of the ATBI Project. He then congratulated and thanked the Batch 1 Acceleratees for being the Batch 1 of the advanced incubation program of CAPSU. He added that he hoped this would be the starting point for the Acceleratees to engage in more activities, expand their markets, and access other financial institutions to develop a strong economy in Capiz and nationwide.
