CAPSU’s Technical Working Group (TWG) for Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME HRM) conducted a benchmark visit to Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT-U).
 
CAPSU is aiming to submit its human resource management for the on-site accreditation for Maturity Level II of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in the Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) to be conducted by the Civil Service Commission. The benchmark visit to ISAT-U aimed at capacitating the TWG to learn the University’s best practices.
 
The members of the University’s Technical Working Group are Dr. Susan O. Dangan, Vice-President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Wennie F. Legario, Vice-President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Ma. Dorothee J. Villarruz, Roxas City Campus Administrator; Dr. Rosel L. Dionio, Quality Assurance Director; Mr. George F. Acevedo, Public Relations and Publication/Instructional Materials Director; Mr. Mark Glenn F. Villamor, Planning Officer IV; Ms. Hermelisa A. Ochon, Chief, Administrative Officer; Ms. Myleen C. Abelarde, Supervising Administrative Officer; and Dr. Ronilo G. Berondo, Training Director.
 
They were warmly welcomed by Dr. Raul F. Muyong, SUC President III of ISAT-U. He expressed his appreciation for choosing ISAT-U. After the courtesy call from the Office of the University President, the CAPSU TWG were then provided with a presentation by Mr. Bonnie S. Arenal, Human Resource Management Officer III of ISAT-U, who generously and comprehensively discussed with the CAPSU team the systematic procedures and processes in securing CSC Maturity Level 2 PRIME HRM Certification.
 
The PRIME HRM is a government mechanism that empowers government agencies by developing their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence.
