Eleven Batch 3 Incubatees attended the Training-Workshop on Bookkeeping and Recording on March 3, 2023, at the CAPSU Technology Business Center, Brgy. Dayao, Roxas City, Capiz.

Prof. Maricar V. Eyao, the College of Management Program Coordinator at CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus and invited resource person, emphasized that bookkeeping and recording help business owners monitor their cash flow. By recording income and expenses, they can identify areas where they can reduce costs or increase revenue, which can help improve their overall financial position.

The workshop covers making financial statements, budgeting, and computing taxes. Prof. Eyao provided worksheets and handouts that the incubatees could work on.

The Incubatees were attentive and grateful for the workshop’s dynamic approach. They had the opportunity to ask questions and get answers from Prof. Eyao and other co-Incubatees. This enabled them to finish the workshop with a realistic comprehension of bookkeeping and recording.

The workshop was a huge success. The accounting fundamentals, including the kinds of accounts and how to maintain precise records of financial transactions, were taught to the incubatees. Giving the Incubatees a greater grasp of bookkeeping and recording and how it might help their businesses flourish is one of the goals of the CAPSULE TBI.
