To create a space for self-care, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to our shared mission in education, Capiz State University (CAPSU) – Sigma Satellite College organized a Recollection Activity for its faculty and staff, held at Diversion 21 Hotel, Iloilo City, on December 20, 2023.

Dr. Annalie G. Campos, CAPSU Sigma Satellite College Director, extended a warm welcome to the attendees and invited guest speaker.

The guest facilitator for this activity was Ms. Mataji Villareal Sharma, an alumna of the Roxas City Main Campus, an international educator, an art entrepreneur, and community development advocate.

The said three-hour activity aimed to provide the dedicated faculty and staff with a rejuvenating experience, allowing them for a moment of reflection, relaxation, and personal growth. It was an opportunity for them to take a step back from their daily responsibilities and invest in their own mental and emotional well-being.

It was indeed a refreshing and best way to cap off the year.
