The Capiz State University (CAPSU) jointly held an academic and administrative council meeting held at the Dadivas Social Hall (formerly Dadivas Auditorium), CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus on May 28, 2024.
The said meeting was presided over by CAPSU President Dr. Editha C. Alfon and attended by the four vice presidents, campus administrators, satellite college directors, deans and program chairpersons, faculty members, and staff from the Central Administration.
Important matters presented for the discussion and approval of the council include: Thesis and Dissertation Manual and Policies and Guidelines in Curriculum Review by Dr. Susan O. Dangan, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Proposed Enhancement to the Graduate School Programs Curriculum by selected deans and program chairpersons; and the Candidates for Graduation and Latin Awardees by the respective campus and satellite college registrars of this University.
The said meeting paved way for the approval of the above-mentioned matters and other agendas shared during the meeting.
The academic and administrative council meeting is held annually and serves as venue for a fruitful discussion and engagement among the university key officials and personnel from the three campuses and six satellite colleges.
