Dr. Editha C. Alfon has officially bid adieu as the third president of Capiz State University.
Today, September 6, at the Central Administration building grounds, the Roxas City Main Campus and Central Administration held a short send-off ceremony.
The students, faculty members, and staff of this University across the three campuses and six satellite colleges wish you all the best in life and good health.
