The two-day ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Audit (IQA) of the Capiz State University (CAPSU) Central Administration office has concluded with a presentation of findings by the internal quality auditors from CAPSU Pontevedra Campus on October 11, 2024. The meeting took place at the Central Administration boardroom attended by the university key officials and department heads.
Dr. Fe Mae L. Laborte, IQA Team Leader, led the presentation of their audit findings and recommendations followed by her co-auditors from CAPSU Pontevedra Campus. The auditors shared their positive feedback on the preparations and work made by the respective offices and objectively present areas of improvements.
Dr. Matilde A. Perez, University Quality Management System (QMS) Director, urged the Central Administration officials to continue working with the university campuses and satellite colleges in formulating their documented information.
Dr. Wennie F. Legario, Vice President of Administration and Finance, accepted the recommendations from the internal quality auditors on behalf of CAPSU President Dr. Efren L. Linan. “This is an opportunity for us to grow as individuals and as organization, and we are committed to apply the insights gained from this process to enhance our overall efficiency and effectiveness.”, Dr. Legario said during his message of commitment.
