The Sangguniang Bayan of Mambusao, Capiz holds a recognition program for Dr. Efren L. Linan for his achievement as the newly installed president of Capiz State University, October 23.
The council passed Municipal Resolution No. 2024-134 congratulating and giving special citation to Dr. Linan.
