The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of the Capiz Provincial Government convened a meeting with the Capiz State University (CAPSU) on October 23, 2024 at the Boardroom of the Central Administration at CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus.
Heading the meeting is Mr. John Leo Marco D. Beldia, Supervising Labor and Employment Officer and PESO Manager Designate on behalf of Hon. Fredenil H. Castro, Governor of the Province of Capiz. Mr. Beldia presented the salient points of the Executive Order No. 29, Series of 2024 – An order imposing the rules and procedures governing the implementation or conduct of the on-the-job trainings, apprenticeship, immersion, and similar pre-baccalaureate or academic requirements that will involve any office or hospital of the Capiz Provincial Government. He also answered queries from the attendees regarding the said executive order and matters regarding the On-the-Job Training of the students.
In attendance were Dr. Susan O. Dangan, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Honey Lee E. Casa, Pontevedra Campus Administrator; Dr. Jennifer P. Benliro, Pilar Satellite College Director; Dr. Marie Jean P. Penson, Dumarao Satellite College Director; Dr. Arlene, C. Gonzales, Tapaz Satellite College Director; and the campus and satellite colleges’ On-the-Job Training Coordinators and guidance counselors.
