Dr. Editha C. Alfon, University President of Capiz State University (CAPSU), Dr. Efren L. Linan, Vice President for Research Development and Extension, and Dr. Randal Anselmo S. Legaspi, College President of Saint Gabriel College (SGC), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the partnership and establish the Intellectual Property Management Office (IPMO) of Saint Gabriel College held at the Campus Central Administration Boardroom last October 17, 2023.
Through the MOU, CAPSU and SGC have agreed to establish the IPMO of SGC to promote and accelerate commercialization through capacity-building activities.
The MOU signing was witnessed by Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, Research Director; Prof. French Aliperio Dampog, Knowledge and Technology Transfer Division Chief; Prof Mark Glenn Villamor, Planning Officer; Dr. Ronilo Berondo, Training Director; Dr. Louis Placido F. Lachica, Social Science & Industrial Technology Director; and selected representatives from Saint Gabriel College.
