To elevate the HR public sector to a level of excellence for good governance and efficient public service, CAPSU conducts Orientation on PRIME-HRM (Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management) and Assessment of RSP and PMS today March 11, 2021 at the Dadivas Gymnasium, CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus. This is participated by the key officials of the Central Administration, Campus Administrators/Satellite College Directors, University Directors, selected faculty, and HRs of respective campuses with Dir. Rufino G. Leonoras, Director II of the CSC Capiz Field Office as the resource speaker.
