The said award was given to CAPSU through its adherence to the requirements of CHED Memorandum Order no. 4 series of 2020 re: “Guidelines on the Implementation of Flexible Learning” and CMO No. 6 series of 2022 re: “Sustaining Flexible Learning in Higher Education”, an addendum to CMO No. 4 series of 2020.
This recognition is a result of the collected effort of the University’s students, faculty and staff, administrators, and partners to implement appropriate teaching and learning approach, retrofit facilities and other teaching and learning resources, and formulate policies, procedures and guidelines using data-driven and participatory approaches, and its engagement in sharing resources, consortia and other noteworthy initiatives.
Dr. Wennie F. Legario, Vice President for Administration and Finance, represented CAPSU President Dr. Editha C. Alfon during the awards ceremony and was conferred by no other than CHEDRO-VI Regional Director Raul C. Gonzales, Jr.
