Capiz State University Main Chorale was among the 17 recipients of the Order of Golden Heart Awards at this year’s 2nd BAHANDI ceremony. The said ceremony was held to fete and recognize outstanding individuals and organizations that have brought great pride and honor to Roxas City.
The program was organized by the Roxas City Government led by Roxas City Mayor Ronnie T. Dadivas, who also presented the award to CAPSU Main Chorale together with Hon. Teresa H. Almalbis, Roxas City Vice Mayor, held at the Roxas City Civic Center last December 9.
Dr. Vivian B. Apuang, the adviser of CAPSU Main Chorale, along with its talented members, personally accepted the award.
Amidst the celebration, the CAPSU Main Chorale not only received the award but also took part in singing the proposed Roxas City Anthem titled “Pungsod Bilidhon”.
In their post, they expressed their deep appreciation to the Roxas City government, Mayor Dadivas, and the People of Roxas City for the recognition.
Undoubtedly, the CAPSU Main Chorale will continue to sing their hearts out, showcase their talents, and seize opportunities that will bring pride and joy both to the CAPSU community and our beloved Roxas City.
