The Commission of Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office VI conducted Evaluation and Review of CAPSU Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) 2022-2031. The program was held on across the nine campuses and satellite colleges of the university on October 4-6, 2022.

The Evaluation and Review Committee was headed by Dr. Alan Lena, Education Supervisor II, together with Dr. Paulo Cabanero, Education Supervisor II, Architect Vicente Rabago, Jr., from Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Regional Office VI, and Local Government Unit City/Municipal Planning Development Coordinators.

The CHED Technical Working Group evaluated the ten-year proposed plans of the nine campuses and satellite colleges namely: Dumarao Satellite College, Tapaz Satellite College, Sigma Satellite College, Pilar Satellite College, Poblacion Satellite College, Dayao Satellite College, Burias Campus, Pontevedra Campus, and Roxas City Main Campus for its LUDIP. The activity was attended and headed by Dr. Aldin C. Lorenzo as Focal Person, Dr. Ma. Dorothee J. Villaruz, Dr. Honey Lee F. Casa, Dr. Rodyard B. Madiclum, Dr. Sebastian S. Caduco, Dr. Adelfo Z. Virtudazo, Dr. Jennifer P. Benliro, Dr. Annalie G. Campus, Dr. Marie Jean P. Penson, Dr. Arlene C. Gonzales, Campus Planning Chairpersons, and Landholdings Coordinators as members.

The three-day visit was a success with strong commitment coming from the campus administrators and college satellite directors to implement and enhance the plans for the benefit of the CAPSU community under the leadership of CAPSU President Dr. Editha C. Alfon.
