Capiz State University (CAPSU) and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) signed a memorandum of agreement in the conduct of the project Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) in the Municipality of Cuartero, Capiz. The research project aims to assess the level of awareness, availment, and satisfaction of the people from the government services in the LGU of Cuartero, Capiz. The MOA signing was headed by the DILG Region VI representative Mr. Rene D. Ato; Mr. Alan D. Aldivera, DILG Capiz Provincial Head; Dr. Editha C. Alfon, CAPSU President; and Dr. Efren L. Linan, VP for RDE. CAPSU team of researchers under the project is composed of Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, Research Director; Dr. Louis Placido F. Lachica, SSIT-RDC Director; Dr. Emmie C. Potato, OSA Chair; and Prof. Malou D. Basquez, Planning Head of Pontevedra Campus. The University President in her speech expressed her gratitude for the continuous trust of the DILG to CAPSU as its Learning Resource Institute (LRI) Partner. DILG and CAPSU have been partnered in the CSIS projects for four years which commenced in 2013.
