CAPSUnian finalists and awardees shine during the 11th Batang Capiznon Awards search for the Ten Outstanding Students of Capiz (TOSOC) 2023 conferred by Borres Youth Leadership Inc. (BYLI) held at the Robinsons Place Roxas on June 4, 2023.

TOSOC is a yearly event that seeks to identify exceptional students from various public and private educational institutions in the province of Capiz. It aims not only to acknowledge their outstanding academic achievements but also to recognize their notable contributions and positive impact on the community.
