Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, CAPSU Officer-In-Charge for Research, Development, and Extension, successfully completed the three-day capacity development workshop entitled “Illuminating the Research Spectrum: A Workshop on Proposal Writing and Presentation for Grants-in-Aid Funding,” conducted by the DOST-National Research Council of the Philippines on November 6-8, 2024, at the Orchid Garden Suites, Manila.
The said activity aims to strengthen the skills of selected NRCP members in developing competitive research proposals to meet the rigorous standards set by R&D funding agencies and to effectively present and publish their research works.
