Dr. Efren L. Linan, the newly-elected president of Capiz State University (CAPSU), welcomed Mr. Julio S. Amador III, Executive Director of Philippine-American Educational Foundation (PAEF), also known as the Fulbright Scholarship Foundation in the Philippines, for an inception meeting in the Boardroom of the Central Administration building.

Mr. Amador introduced the various programs offered by Fulbright Philippines and encouraged attendees to explore the options that align with their academic and career goals. He addressed questions from the audience, focusing on the requirements for scholarship applications and the benefits of becoming a Fulbright Scholar.

In attendance were CAPSU key officials including the three vice presidents, campus administrators and satellite directors, directors, student leaders, faculty members and staff from the three campuses and six satellite colleges of this University.

At the President’s Office, Dr. Linan and Mr. Amador, joined by Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, discussed further about the many possibilities that CAPSUnians can explore to study abroad and conduct research through the opportunities provided by PAEF.
