The Capiz State University (CAPSU) has welcomed two new members to its Board of Regents (BOR). They formally pledged their commitment by taking the oath in the Board Room, at the Office of the Chairperson, Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Central Office in Diliman, Quezon City, on August 15.

The 𝟒𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 of the Capiz State University (CAPSU) Research, Development, and Extension (RDE) Office took place at Villa Patria, BayBay, Roxas City on August 14-15, 2024. The event, themed “𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆: 𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝑨𝑷𝑺𝑼 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑬𝒄𝒐𝒔𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎,” showcased the university’s faculty members’ vibrant research and extension initiatives.

Capiz State University (CAPSU) forged two new international partnerships through signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Cheng Shiu University (CSU) and International Talent Circulation Based (INTACT Base), Taiwan. The MOU signing ceremony was held on August 8 at the Central Administration Boardroom, CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus.

The CAPSU Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (DRRMO) organized and hosted an appreciation program dubbed as PAGTAMOD on July 29, in celebration of the 36th National Disaster Resilience Month 2024.
