To promote the university’s commitment to fostering a culture of ethical research practices, the Social Science and Industrial Technology Research and Development Center (SSIT RDC) of Capiz State University spearheaded a comprehensive two-day Basic Research Ethics Training (BRET) on July 8-9, 2024, at the Gerry Roxas Training and Convention Center, Dayao, Roxas City.

In a move to ensure transparency and maximize the impact of research endeavors, Capiz State University (CAPSU) Research, Development, and Extension office conducted a monitoring and evaluation activity for the externally funded research projects on July 10, 2024, at the CAPSU Central Boardroom, Roxas City, Capiz.

The art of carabao milking holds a significant place at the Philippine Carabao Center (PCC). This institution not only champions the conservation and improvement of carabao breeds but also plays a pivotal role in advancing dairy production through innovative milking techniques and sustainable farming practices.

The Capiz State University (CAPSU) – Intellectual Property Management Office (IPMO) is among the 18 winners of this year’s Presidential Recognition for Outstanding Development Partners under the Improving Access to Technology and Innovation category.

In celebration of the National Agriculturists’ Month, five (5) esteemed faculty members from the College of Agriculture & Forestry – CAPSU Burias are currently taking part in the 11th PAA National Congress and the 2024 Philippine Agriculturists’ Summit. The summit, with the theme “Building and Strengthening Partnerships for Sustainable Agri-Food Systems,” is being held at the Royce Hotel in Clark, Angeles City, Pampanga, from July 1-5, 2024.

As an affirmation of the quality programs offered in CAPSU Burias Graduate School and to obtain a Certificate of Program Compliance, the Graduate Programs for Agriculture, such as the Master of Science (MS) in Agronomy & Animal Science and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agronomy and Animal Science in compliance based on CMO 15, series of 2019, has recently undergone rigid face-to-face evaluation by the National Quality Assurance Team, Technical Panel for Agriculture and CHED Regional Office VI last June 13-14, 2024.
