Navitas, Panay, Capiz. This transformative initiative is dubbed Resilient, Innovative, and Sustainable Enterprises through CEST Program in Navitas, Panay Capiz.

CAPSUnian Education students to go abroad for student exchange program; conducts pre-departure orientation
