Capiz State University stage the joint University Sportsfest and Culture & Arts Festival with the theme “Embracing Sports, Culture and the Arts beyond New Normal.” The event is from January 3-6 at CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus.

CAPSU MAIN Chorale, Joins World Choir Games
The CAPSU Main Chorale (CMC) will compete in a choir competition in South Korea the following year, in 2023. The competition will take place from July 3 to July 13 in Gangneung, Republic of Korea. Mr. Mico Lauron and Ms. Vivian Apuang will direct the CAPSU Main Chorale.

During the recent College Press Conference on December 21, 2022 held at Grand Xing Imperial Hotel, Iloilo City, The Quest Publication bagged the 4th Place in Best Magazine award, a major award given to publications in COPRE.

CAPSU Central Administration holds wellness workshop
The University Gender and Development Office conducted a Workshop on Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathwork at the Roxas City Main Campus Auditorium. The guest facilitator for this workshop was Ms. Mataji Villareal Sharma.

CAPSU Roxas holds First-Aid training
The Medical, Dental and Disability Services Office of CapSU Main Campus, together with CapSU DRRM Office and CapSU NSTP Office, in partnership with Philippine Red Cross, Capiz Chapter conducted a two-day Comprehensive Certification First-Aid Training to boost and enhance the skills and preparedness of the Disaster Control Group (DCG) of the institution.

CAPSU generates 32 Licensed Civil Engineers
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official result of the recently concluded November 2022 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE). Among the 8,029 takers who victoriously passed the CELE were the 32 newly Licensed Civil Engineers from CAPSU.
