The year 2024 has come to pass and we now welcome this new chapter in our history with the dawn of the year 2025. Let us celebrate the achievements of the past year and look forward with hope and determination. May 2025 bring us strength, new opportunities, and the inspiration to reach greater heights together for Capiz State University.
Let us also take this time to reaffirm our shared commitment to learning, innovation, and quality service. I know that challenges will come our way, but so do limitless opportunities to create meaningful impacts in the lives of our students, colleagues, and the communities we serve.
As we move forward, let us remain steadfast in our mission to RISE and SOAR as a university, united in our purpose and vision.
