Dr. Efren L. Linan, Vice-President for Research, Development, and Extension receives the 2024 Presidential Recognition for Outstanding MSMEs and Development Partners.
No other than President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., presented the awards to organizations, such as CAPSU-IPMO, that support and harness entrepreneurship and MSME development.
The Capiz State University – Intellectual Property Management Office (IPMO), through its CAPSULE Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubator, is one of the recipients of 2024 Presidential Recognition for Outstanding Development Partners awardees.
Joining Dr. Linan in receiving the award for CAPSU are Department of Trade and Industry Region VI Director Rachel Nufable, Capiz DTI Provincial Director Ken Quennie Cuñada, and Asst. Prof. French Dampog, Knowledge and Technology Transfer Division Chief of the University Intellectual Property Management Office.
