The Capiz State University (CAPSU) Stingrays made waves during the opening program at the Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (RSCUAA) Sports Festival and Conferences 2024, held on December 15 at the Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology (ISUFST).
Leading the charge was CAPSU President Dr. Efren L. Linan, accompanied by Dr. Rossandrew B. Villaruel, outgoing sports director, Dr. Eduardo I. Diosalan Jr., incoming sports director, along with the rest of the University key officials, faculty members and dedicated coaches.
