On February 20, 2025, Capiz State University actively participated in the Zonal Conference for Visayas on Program PROPEL, held at Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main Campus in Cebu City. The university was represented by Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, VP for RDE, and Mr. French A. Dampog, IPMO Director.
Spearheaded by the DOST Office of the Assistant Secretary for Technology Transfer, Communications, and Commercialization (TTCC), Program PROPEL aims to drive innovation and technological advancement in the Philippines. The conference served as a platform to foster partnerships supporting science-based startups and enterprises.
