Baybay, Leyte – Capiz State University met the Hiroshima University key officials at Visayas State University last March 16, 2025 to plan out future collaborations on research innovation, student exchange program, and faculty lecturer exchange. The meeting was held during the fellowship night of the delegates and researchers during the National Symposium headed by the Visayas State University with Dr. Prose Ivy Yepes as the President, in cooperation with the Hiroshima University.
Among the CAPSU Officials present during the discussion were Dr. Salvacion J. Legaspi (VP for External Affairs & Linkages), and Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar (VP for Research Development and Extension).
