A total of 315 newly hired and promoted teaching and non-teaching personnel of Capiz State University (CAPSU) took their oath today, July 18, at the Dadivas Gymnasium, CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus.

Dr. Wennie F. Legario, Vice President for Administration and Finance, warmly welcomed the newly hired and promoted personnel across from the three campuses, six satellite colleges, and central administration of this University.

CAPSU President Editha C. Alfon expressed her warm congratulations and conveyed her message of challenge which was accepted by Dr. Ryan T. Sarimong, newly promoted Professor IV at CAPSU Burias Campus.

Proceeding to the orientation proper, Dr. Ronilo G. Berondo, University Director for Training Services, introduced Dir. Vizur-ty C. Gaitano, Director II of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Capiz Field Office as the honorable resource speaker of the program.

Dir. Gaitano delved into various pivotal topics such as government working hours, code of ethics, leave laws, and values formation that a public servant must know.

Dr. Susan O. Dangan, Vice President for Academic Affairs formally closed the activity.
