The Capiz State University (CAPSU) was among the nine government agencies from the Western Visayas region to receive the Bronze Award for the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) conferred by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
Dr. Wennie F. Legario, Vice President for Administration and Finance represented Dr. Editha C. Alfon, SUC President III in receiving the award including a plaque and CSC Resolution during the Pasidungog 2024 Visayas-wide PRIME-HRM Recognition Rites, at the Summit Hotel Tacloban, Marasbaras, Tacloban City.
PRIME-HRM is a government mechanism that empower private companies and government agencies by developing the human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward human resource excellence.
