The Capiz State University (CAPSU) formalized a partnership with the Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO), local radio stations, higher education institutions (HEIs) in Capiz, local government units (LGUs), and other stakeholders through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) held today, April 8, at Robinsons Place Roxas.

This multi-sectoral initiative promotes CPPO’s flagship program Project TEKnolohiya Laban sa Ilegal Droga, Terorismo, at KriMEN (TEKMEN), which aims to address crime, insurgency, and the proliferation of illegal drugs through the use of technology and intensified public awareness.

At the ceremonial signing, CAPSU President Dr. Efren L. Linan was represented by Dr. Annalie G. Campos, Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), who reaffirmed the university’s commitment to the collaboration and its shared vision of building a safer, crime- and drug-free community.

Dr. Campos was joined by Ms. Fe Lynn L. Linan, Executive Assistant III, and Ms. Sally Biclar, Private Secretary I.
