The Municipality of Mambusao awarded Dr. Efren L. Linan as Outstanding Mambusaonon in the field of Education and Agricultural Biosystems Engineering. The award was bestowed upon Dr. Linan on November 18 at the Angeles Lema Villareal Cultural Center in Mambusao, Capiz.

The recognition was awarded during the 2024 Educators’ Night and 1st Hinimakasan Awards, organized by the Department of Education – Mambusao East and West Districts and the Local Government Unit of Mambusao.
