Capiz State University (CAPSU) President Dr. Efren L. Linan warmly welcomed inbound Southeast Asia (SEA) Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange Project participants Zakiya Salsabila and Yocesi Khairunnisah Herdiansyah from Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi (UMKO) during a courtesy visit at the Office of the University President (OUP) in the Central Administration Building, CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus, on February 19.

The visit took place ahead of the 10th Batch SEA-Teacher Project Closing Ceremony on February 20 at CAPSU Dayao Satellite College. In a brief yet meaningful conversation, the SEA student teachers shared their once-in-a-lifetime experiences and heartfelt gratitude as they prepared to return to their home country after successfully completing their 28-day teaching practicum.

Moved by their sincerity, Dr. Linan presented them with tokens of appreciation and certificates of completion in recognition of their dedication and contributions.

Also present during the visit were Dr. Salvacion J. Legaspi, Vice President for External Affairs and Linkages (VPEAL); Dr. Christa Hope G. Corros and Dr. Jereline D. De Pablo, University SEA-Teacher Coordinators of CAPSU Dayao Satellite College and Pontevedra Campus, respectively; and Dr. Mary Grace B. Galagate, Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) Program Chair of the College of Education (COEd) at CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus.
