The two-day ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Audit (IQA) of the Capiz State University (CAPSU) Central Administration office has concluded with a presentation of findings by the internal quality auditors from CAPSU Pontevedra Campus on October 11, 2024. The meeting took place at the Central Administration boardroom attended by the university key officials and department heads.

As part of expanding the linkages in research, extension, and academics, CAPSU OIC for Research Development and Extension Office, Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar represented the University President Dr. Efren L. Linan in the Networking of Philippine Higher Education Institutions and US Universities . The event was held October 10, 2024 at the Sheraton Hotel Manila Bay.

The Capiz State University (CAPSU) Central Administration office is now being audited by the internal auditors from CAPSU Pontevedra Campus. This internal audit aims to prepare the university administration on the ISO 9001:2015 external audit this coming November 2024.

The Capiz State University (CAPSU) recently welcomed a delegation from John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (JBLFMU) – Arevalo Campus for a two-day benchmarking activity. The visit was held on October 9-10 in the Boardroom of the Central Administration Building at CAPSU Roxas City Main Campus, focused on exploring the best practices, initiatives, and programs of CAPSU’s Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (DRRMO).

The different work areas of Capiz State University (CAPSU) – Roxas City Main Campus underwent a thorough evaluation of the completeness and readiness of their International Organization for Standardization (ISO) documentation during a two-day internal audit conducted by CAPSU Pilar Satellite College. The audit took place in the Conference Room on October 8-9.
